Use word processing software to produce accurate business documents using standard business formats. Includes proofreading and exposure to basic transcription skills. Knowledge of punctuation rules and sentence structure is strongly recommended.

  2. Develop proofreading skills and correctly use proofreaders’ marks.
  3. Key, format, and edit business letters using standard business styles.

  6. Key, format, and edit business and academic reports.
