  2. Create, navigate, and work with presentations in normal, outline, slide sorter, and slide show view.
  3. Enter, edit, and format slide text.
  4. Apply templates and themes.
  5. Enhance presentations with graphical orjects (pictures, clip art, WordArt, SmartArt, shapes, and charts).
  6. Apply transitions and animation effects to slides and slide objects.
  7. Add sound and movie files to slides.
  8. Set up, customize, and run a slide show (hide slides, time slides, loop slides, and annotate slides).
  9. Customize a slide show (create custom templates, change color schemes, modify slide masters, and alter backgrounds).
  10. Prepare speaker's notes and handouts.
