Champions of Diversity Nomination Form

Skagit Valley College in partnership with Western Washington University, University of Washington, Washington State University, Central Washington University, Eastern Washington University and The Evergreen State College seeks nominations for ninth-twelfth grade students from Skagit, Island and San Juan county high schools who have contributed to diversity on their campuses and in their communities. Nominated seniors will be considered for scholarships offered by colleges throughout the state. Nominations are due by Thursday, October 15, 2009. Selected students will be honored December 1, 2009 at the Champions of Diversity Awards Ceremony to be held in McIntyre Hall..

Scholarship Nomination

This section should only be filled out if you are nominating a senior for a scholarship. It is not necessary if you are nominating a student just for a Champions of Diversity Award.
