Providing Opportunities, Realizing Dreams.

Through community support, the Skagit Valley College Foundation provides educational opportunities for SVC students, works to improve the teaching and learning environment for faculty and staff, and is a valuable resource for capital construction.

The state of washington provides only part of the college's operating budget. Last year, 63% of our budget needs were state funded, making locally generated funds more important than ever. The mission of the Foundation is to help close this funding gap. To accomplish this, we look to our community to help support our initiatives. In turn, we return our community's investment by supporting the educational goals of our students.

The Foundation dedicates its work to support and assist the college's initiatives. Volunteers and supporters like you are essential to ensure that successful goals and objectives are met each year. To each of you who have helped the Foundation to achieve its goals, thank you.
