How to use club funds  

Budget Quiz  

In order to use you funds this year you will need to complete the quiz and submit it to the student life office. Anyone who completes the quiz may use club approved funds. The Student Life office suggests that your executive team members complete the simple training and that general club members submit purchase request to the executive team.

Event Planning Form  This form must be completed and submitted to Melanie Brauer prior to the purchase of supplies, reservations for the event space and signing contracts for services.

Prior Approval for Food  This form must be completed before any food is purchased.

S & A Budget Request Form  The Service and Activities Fee Requests must be received by the Student Life office by 5pm on Friday, January 22, 2010 in order to be eligible for 2010-2011 S&A funding.
