New Student Steps  Here is a list of "Next Steps" to follow after you have applied for admission.
Transcript Evaluation Request  Use this form to request credit evaluation regarding progress toward a degree.
HECB Residency Affidavit/Declaration/Certification  Effective July 1, 2003, Washington state law changed the definition of "resident student." Some students who are not permanent residents or citizens of the United States may now be eligible for resident student status and pay resident tuition rates when attending public colleges and universities in Washington state. This affidavit/declaration/certification must be completed in order to confirm eligibility.

Waiver Forms

Unemployed/Underemployed-Space Available Basis  Unemployed or Under-employed people may register for classes on a space-available basis on or after the first day of the quarter without tuition charges.  Fees are still charged.  See form for eligibility.
