FALL QUARTER 2008 TUTORING SCHEDULES

DROP-IN MATH TUTORING - Stop by during the following times and a math tutor will be available to assist you! We have two locations!

In the Math Center - F212:

Mon/Wed/Thu  9:30 am - 4:30 pm

Tue  9:30 am - 7:30 pm

Fri   9:30 am - 1:30 pm

AND

In the Tutoring Center - L20:

Mon thru Thur  10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Tutors can help with most levels of math. Some drop-in tutors can also assist with chemistry or physics - check with Jane in L-19 for availability. There is no charge for tutoring services.

 

SIGN-UP WRITING TUTORING - Writing tutors are available to assist with Eng 99, 101, and 103, as well as writing assignments in other courses in L20, the Tutoring Center, at the following times:

Mon   1:30 pm - 3:20 pm

Tue    10:30 am - 12:20 pm

Wed   12:30 pm - 2:20 pm

Thu    10:30 am - 12:20 pm and 1:30 pm - 2:20 pm

Fri      10:30 am - 12:20 pm

To reserve a 25-minute session with a writing tutor, sign up sheets are available in L20, or you can drop by during the above times to see if the tutor is available to help you.

 

ESL TUTORING - English as a Second Language (ESL) tutors can help ESL students with their writing and other assignments.  Schedule and sign-up sheets are available in the Tutoring Center, L20.
