Campus View Village, built by the Skagit Valley College Foundation, offers affordable, high quality apartments in a convenient, park-like setting located adjacent to the Mount Vernon Campus. Each unit contains four bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen and a living and dining area. Units are furnished and rental includes all utilities except telephones.
