All meetings will begin at 4:30 p.m. and will be held on the Mount Vernon Campus in the Annex Board Room except for the November 13, 2012 and May 14, 2013 meetings. The November 13, 2012 and the May 14, 2013 meetings will be held on the Whidbey Island Campus in Oak Hall 223 and Hayes Hall 137, respectively.
