Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics
This site contains labor force statistics, county employment, hours, earnings, unemployment, wages.  Scroll down to the data and choose "create customized tables (one screen)", after choosing options and viewing the results, you can choose "more formatting options" from the right side of the page and download a delimited text document.

Washington State Office of Financial Management
Click on a county to access data.

For employment by industry and county, occupational projection sand wage surveys, click on "Economy" in the first paragraph and choose "Washington Workforce Explorer County Profile."

For personal income, wage and salary estimates, click on "Economy" in the first paragraph and choose "Local Area Personal Income."

You may notice that there are other interesting data sets and reports at this site.

Census Bureau Quarterly Workforce Indicators
The QWI site allows you to access employment information by county, industry, sex and age group.  The data set includes total employment, average monthly earnings, net job flows, job creation, and turnover.  Note, however, that the most recent data is several quarters old.
