Resume Writing

Looking for the right words to let that employer know YOU are the ONE? Career Center staff and resources are available to assist you in developing a targeted resume that will give you confidence and help you get the best job in the least amount of time. Resume worksheets, samples, WinWay Resume software, web based assistance, and videos on how to write resumes and cover letters are available at no charge in the Career Center. The Director of Career Services, Co-op Coordinator, and the Career Center Manager are available for appointments to work with individuals in completing a competitive resume.

Social Science 113

Social Science 113 is a one-credit, quarter-long class, which includes resume writing as a unit. The course is offered every quarter on campus and through distance education. Students will learn how to break into the "hidden" job market; write cover letters and resume, and interview.
