Learning Outcomes Assessment Plans

January 2004

Since Fall of 1999, SVC faculty and staff have worked toward a comprehensive learning outcomes assessment plan for all programs.  This effort has been supported through Assessment Projects, Summer Institutes and an Assessment Day in Fall 2003.  Each Outcomes Assessment Plan is a work in progress and represents considerable effort over the past five years on the part of faculty, in particular.  Departments and programs continue to revise their plans based on findings from their assessments and on lessons learned about the efficacy and practical aspects of implementing their plans.
