- Camera Obscura. Walk inside a classroom that has been transformed into a working camera. Hodson-207; ongoing.
- Ceramics Slam. Build or throw ceramics projects for bragging rights and possible prizes. Hodson-119; Sessions 1 & 2.
- Digital Fine Art and Tablets. Visit the SVC MAC Computer Lab to work on computer-generated digital fine art with some of the latest technology and software. Hodson-210; Sessions 1 & 2.
- Drawing Workshop: Chimera Parade. Explore your creativity and artistry through unique drawing projects. Hodson-209; Sessions 1 & 2.
- Postcard Competition, Theme: Northwest Now! Send a postcard to SVC with an image of your own art (drawing, painting, photo, ceramics, etc.) on one side to arrive no later than Wednesday, October 31. All postcards will be displayed during Artsphere 2007. The winner will be announced during the Artsphere showcase and will receive a scholarship to the Museum of Northwest Art's (MoNA) Encaustic Workshop. Hodson-second floor; ongoing.
- Print-making, Monotype Workshop. Pre-register to get one of 20 spots; a $30 fee per student is required for this workshop only. Send checks payable to Art-sphere to Linda Smith to reserve one or more spots. Hodson-208; 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
