ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The entire CVV complex is made up of seven apartment complexes. Each complex is listed below with its number of units and maximum resident occupancy.

Campus View Village maintains a "NO SMOKING" policy in all indoor areas. Residents comply with this by smoking outside on porch, patio, and deck areas. Public ashtrays are provided for each building, while some residents prefer to use their personal ones. For non smoking residents, seven apartments are located in one building we have designated as entirely smoke free. Here students are not allowed to smoke at all within 20 feet of the building. Availability is limited, so please call for information.

BEDROOM

Each furnished apartment unit at Campus View Village contains four private bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room area. Apartments are approximately 910 square feet. Bedrooms average 107 square feet in size.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully electric with modern appliances, including a microwave oven. A large, sturdy table (30 X 80 inches) is provided along with four chairs.

LIVING AREA

Living rooms are furnished with a three-cushion sofa and a matching single chair. A bookcase is provided and can be used in a variety of different ways, for example, as an entertainment center cabinet. The living room also has a cable television outlet.

BATHROOM

Bathroom areas are spacious, convenient and can accommodate more than one student getting ready for class at a time. Hot water is always plentiful and water pressure has received high praise too!
