Campus View Village offers wonderful value especially considering so many "extras" are included in the rental fee. Rental fees include furniture, heat, water, electricity, and cable television reception in the common area of the apartment. (Telephone and internet service are extra.) Each resident enjoys a private bedroom.

2008-2009 COST & RATE SCHEDULE

Beginning Fall 2003, we switched to a more user-friendly and cost-effective, quarterly system. This means that rent for the entire quarter will be collected up front at the beginning of the quarter rather than monthly. The following list shows amounts and dates due for Fall 2008 through Summer 2009:
