Getting Started

• Submit SVC admissions application and official high school transcript to the Admissions/Registration Office of the SVC campus or center you wish to attend.
• Take ASSET or COMPASS test at SVC.
• See high school counselor, for advising and completion of Running Start Program Form. Show results of your placement test.
• Contact the campus or center that you would like to attend, to make an appointment to see a Running Start counselor for advising.
• Register for classes at SVC.
