Women's Programs Volunteer Opportunities

Become a Volunteer

SVC Women's Programs is supported by an active Women's Programs Advisory Committee comprised of both campus and community members. Members are appointed for a period of three years. Members assist with the annual scholarship campaign during March of each year and serve in an advisory capacity to the Program.

Interested persons should contact Anne Ziomkowski for more information.

Learning into Action

SVC students are encouraged to complete their Learning into Action or Cooperative Education requirement by volunteering to work on one of the many projects offered through Women's Programs. Possibilities include: Women's History Month presentations to grade schools, developing workshops for SVC students, peer advising, admissions recruitment and more.  Contact the Director of Women's Programs at  Anne.Ziomkowski@skagit.edu or call 1-360-416-7616.
