ATA in Culinary Arts / Restaurant Mgmt.

First Year

* Students who do not receive an appropriate test score will require additional coursework to develop necessary skills for entry into class. (MATH 96 is required for the one-year certificate. CAHM 211 fufills the WMATH 100 requirement for Culinary Arts).

** or OFTEC 122 or 162.

*** CAHM 199 may be taken at any time during the two year program with Department Chair approval.

**** Five (5) credits of General Education, i.e. Science/Nutriion.
