BSL-3 – President's Performance Evaluation Criteria

The President’s performance will be considered to be synonymous with organizational performance as a whole. Each year the Board of Trustees will conduct a formal evaluation of the President.

The evaluation shall be based upon:

  1. The Core Theme Progress reports provided during the evaluation cycle.
  2. Specific goals and expectations et for the President by the Board of Trustees at the beginning of the evaluation cycle.
