Once you have entered the Parchment site and are ready to request your transcript, you will be prompted to enter your email address. If you already have a Parchment account associated with that email, you will be prompted to sign in. If you do not have a Parchment account associated with that email, you will be prompted to create an account. Follow the instructions to complete your transcript request.

Official Transcript Cost

Skagit Valley College and Parchment each charge a processing fee of $3.00 for a total cost of $6.00 per electronic transcript requested. Paper transcripts are available for additional shipping and handling charges.

Students who attended SVC from Fall 2015 until the present may view and download their unofficial transcripts through ctcLink Student Center. If you do not know your ctcLink student ID or password, please contact [email protected].

Students who attended SVC prior to Fall 2015 will need to work with an advisor or contact [email protected] to request an unofficial transcript from our old system. There is no charge for unofficial transcripts.

Any individual who has previously passed the GED test and needs a duplicate transcript or certificate can go to https://ged.com/life_after_ged/. Follow the instructions on how to obtain a transcript.
